Return Policy
Return within 7 days
Items for return must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Shipping fees for returns are to be borne by you.
Products must be unused
Please note that we cannot refund products that have been used, damaged in any way. We will accept item(s) provided they are returned as new, i.e. are unused and have been returned with the original packaging, including tags, within 7 day from receiving your goods with the original invoice.
Items on sale
Note that item’s on SALE cannot be returned.
Faulty goods
An item(s) is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident or occurs within 7 days of the item(s) being received. If possible the item(s) will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability. If the item(s) cannot be replaced for the same item, a full refund will be issued.
Refund
When we have received the goods and checked it, we will send you a new item. We can only refund your money if the product is faulty and not able to replace the product.
Shipping and handling fees are neither refundable nor eligible for merchandise credit.
To return or exchange an item we kindly request you to:
Request a GRN (GOODS RETURN) number within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to admin@assistedliving.com.sg. Please state your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason why (optional).
If you would like to exchange your item for another model please let us know the article number required to enable us to place the item on hold for you. You will receive an email from us with your GRN number as well as full instructions on how to complete the return
